Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to deliver by bicycle or on foot
- Must be at least 19 years old to deliver by car or scooter
- Valid driver’s license if delivering by car or scooter
- Motorized scooter under 50cc for scooter deliveries
- 2-door or 4-door vehicle for car deliveries
- Government-issued ID for bicycle or foot deliveries
- Submission of Social Security number for background screening
- Ability to operate delivery vehicle safely and responsibly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license or government-issued ID for bicycles and on foot
- Ability to use smartphone apps proficiently
- Good communication skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Knowledge of local streets and neighborhoods
- Ability to work independently
Job Duties
- Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Maintain communication with customers and Uber support
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Utilize the Uber Eats app to manage orders and navigation
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of delivery vehicle or bike
- Manage payment transactions through the Uber platform
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance user experience
