The role of Driver On-Road/Driver In-Shop at this Jimmy John's franchise is an exciting opportunity for those looking for flexible, part-time work that combines customer service, driving, and sandwich preparation. Drivers are responsible not only for delivering sandwiches safely and promptly within a limited delivery area but also for supporting in-shop operations. The work environment is moderately noisy, involving exposure to mechanical parts but is designed to be safe and employee-friendly. Joining this franchise means becoming part of a team where employees can advance into leadership roles. The company supports career development through mentorship and training programs, offering opportunities to become managers or directors within a fast-growing organization. Other benefits include PPO medical, dental, and vision insurance, sick pay, employee meal benefits, and a workplace culture that prioritizes fun and professional growth.
