Job Requirements
- be at least 19 years old to deliver by car or scooter
- be at least 18 years old to deliver by bicycle or on foot
- own a 2-door or 4-door car for delivery by car
- have a motorized scooter under 50cc for delivery by scooter
- possess a valid driver’s license in your name
- submit social security number for background check
- have access to a smartphone compatible with Uber app
- have a government-issued ID for non-vehicle deliveries
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license for delivery by car or motorized scooter
- government-issued ID for delivery by bicycle or on foot
- ability to pass background screening
- familiarity with the Renton area preferred but not required
- basic smartphone proficiency to navigate and use the app
- responsible and reliable work ethic
- customer service skills for interacting with customers
Job Duties
- deliver food and other items to customers in a timely manner
- maintain communication with customers and support through the app
- follow local traffic laws and safety regulations
- manage time efficiently to maximize delivery opportunities
- use the Uber Eats platform to receive and accept delivery requests
- maintain the condition of your delivery vehicle or transportation method
- provide excellent customer service to enhance the Uber experience
