Job Requirements
- must be at least 19 years old to deliver by car or scooter
- must be at least 18 years old to deliver by bicycle or on foot
- valid driver’s license is required for car or scooter deliveries
- government-issued ID required for bicycle or foot deliveries
- must submit Social Security number for background check
- must have a 2-door or 4-door car if delivering by car
- motorized scooter under 50cc required for scooter deliveries
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license for car or motorized scooter delivery
- ability to use smartphone app effectively
- good communication skills
- knowledge of local streets and neighborhoods
- customer service experience is a plus
- ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- physical ability to handle delivery items safely
Job Duties
- deliver food and goods promptly and safely to customers
- manage delivery schedules and routes efficiently using Uber app
- maintain cleanliness and good condition of delivery vehicle or transportation method
- communicate effectively with customers and support teams
- adhere to all traffic and safety regulations
- verify orders and handle payments when necessary
- provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
