Job Requirements
- be at least 19 years old for car or scooter delivery
- have a 2-door or 4-door vehicle for car delivery
- possess a motorized scooter under 50cc for scooter delivery
- valid driver’s license in your name
- be at least 18 years old for bicycle or foot delivery
- have a government-issued ID for bicycle or foot delivery
- submit social security number for background screening
- have a smartphone compatible with the Uber app
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid driver's license for car or scooter delivery
- ability to pass a background check
- strong customer service skills
- reliable time management
- familiarity with local Knoxville area
- physical ability to handle deliveries by bike or on foot
Job Duties
- deliver food orders to customers promptly and accurately
- maintain clear communication with customers and support team
- ensure safe and responsible driving or riding practices
- manage delivery schedules and routes effectively
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
