Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years old to deliver by car or scooter
- Must have a valid driver’s license in your name
- Must own a 2-door or 4-door car to deliver by car
- Must have a motorized scooter under 50cc to deliver by scooter
- Must be at least 18 years old to deliver by bicycle or on foot
- Must have a government-issued ID for bicycle or foot delivery
- Consent to a background screening by providing your Social Security number
- Have access to a smartphone compatible with the Uber app
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of local Honolulu routes and areas
- Ability to use smartphone apps for navigation and order management
- Good communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of vehicle or bicycle maintenance
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
Job Duties
- Accept delivery requests and navigate to restaurants for order pickup
- Transport orders promptly and safely to customers
- Communicate effectively with customers and support teams
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of your delivery vehicle or equipment
- Manage delivery schedules and routes efficiently
- Adhere to local traffic laws and Uber safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Uber positively
