Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license if delivering by car or scooter
- have a 2-door or 4-door car if driving
- motorized scooter under 50cc for scooter delivery
- government-issued ID if delivering by bike or on foot
- submit social security number for background check
- comply with Uber’s delivery driver guidelines
- legally authorized to work in the US
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license or government-issued ID
- ability to pass background screening
- good communication skills
- familiarity with local area or ability to use GPS navigation
- ability to work independently
- reliable transportation method (car, scooter, bike, or on foot)
Job Duties
- deliver food orders promptly and safely
- navigate routes efficiently using app-based GPS
- communicate courteously with customers and restaurant staff
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards of delivery vehicle or equipment
- manage multiple orders and prioritize deliveries
- use the Uber app to accept and track deliveries
- adhere to all traffic laws and Uber policies
