Job Requirements
- be at least 19 years old for car and scooter deliveries or 18 years old for bicycle or foot deliveries
- have a social security number for background check
- own or have access to a 2-door or 4-door car for car deliveries
- have a motorized scooter under 50cc if delivering by scooter
- have a valid driver’s license in your name for car and scooter deliveries
- have a government-issued ID for bicycle or foot deliveries
- pass a background screening
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license for car or scooter deliveries
- government-issued ID for bicycle or foot deliveries
- ability to operate a motor vehicle or scooter safely
- familiarity with the Georgetown area is beneficial
- basic smartphone proficiency to use the Uber app
- ability to work independently and manage schedule
- strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- accept and complete food delivery requests through the Uber Eats app
- navigate efficiently to pickup and drop-off locations
- maintain timely and professional communication with customers
- adhere to local traffic laws and safety regulations
- manage delivery routes to maximize efficiency
- provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- keep delivery vehicle or equipment in good working condition
