Job Requirements
- be at least 19 years old for car or scooter delivery
- be at least 18 years old for bicycle or foot delivery
- have a valid driver’s license for car or scooter delivery
- possess a motorized scooter under 50cc if delivering by scooter
- have a 2-door or 4-door car for car delivery
- submit a Social Security number for background screening
- present government-issued ID for bicycle or foot delivery
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid driver's license for vehicle delivery
- proof of vehicle insurance for car delivery
- ability to use a smartphone and navigate apps proficiently
- strong customer service skills
- ability to meet local age and vehicle requirements depending on delivery mode
Job Duties
- accept delivery requests through the Uber Eats app
- pick up food orders from partner restaurants promptly
- ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers
- provide courteous and professional customer service
- maintain vehicle or transportation mode in good condition
- follow all local traffic and safety laws
- communicate effectively with restaurant staff and customers
