Job Requirements
- Be at least 19 years old for car or scooter delivery
- Be at least 18 years old for bicycle or foot delivery
- Have a valid driver’s license for car or scooter delivery
- Own a 2-door or 4-door car for car delivery
- Have a motorized scooter under 50cc for scooter delivery
- Possess a government-issued ID for bicycle or foot delivery
- Submit Social Security number for background screening
- Have a smartphone to use the Uber app
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license for car or scooter delivery
- Experience with navigation apps and smartphones
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns
- Customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Deliver food orders to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Use the Uber app to receive and complete delivery requests
- Maintain communication with customers and Uber support for issue resolution
- Ensure food safety and proper handling during transport
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and local knowledge
- Manage delivery schedule to maximize earnings
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
