Job Requirements
- be at least 19 years old for car or scooter delivery
- have a 2-door or 4-door car with valid registration for car delivery
- possess a motorized scooter under 50cc with valid license for scooter delivery
- be at least 18 years old with government-issued ID for bicycle or foot delivery
- submit social security number for background check
- have a valid driver’s license if applicable
- own a smartphone capable of running the Uber Eats app
- pass background screening
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid driver’s license for car or scooter delivery
- demonstrated ability to use smartphone apps effectively
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and maintain schedule
- prior delivery or driving experience advantageous but not required
- knowledge of local area in Clovis beneficial
Job Duties
- accept and complete delivery requests using the Uber Eats app
- pick up food orders from restaurants accurately and promptly
- deliver orders to customers efficiently and courteously
- maintain communication with customers and support when needed
- follow traffic laws and safety guidelines while driving or riding
- manage time effectively to maximize deliveries
- provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
