Job Requirements
- be at least 19 years old for car or scooter delivery
- be at least 18 years old for bicycle or foot delivery
- have a valid driver’s license in your name for car or scooter delivery
- own a 2-door or 4-door car for vehicle delivery
- have a motorized scooter under 50cc for scooter delivery
- submit a Social Security number for background screening
- possess a government-issued ID for bicycle or foot delivery
Job Qualifications

- ability to use smartphone apps efficiently
- good communication skills
- familiarity with Chicago geography and routes
- ability to work independently and manage time
- basic knowledge of vehicle or bicycle maintenance
Job Duties
- deliver food orders promptly and safely to customers
- communicate efficiently with customers and support team
- manage delivery logistics using the Uber Eats app
- maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of delivery vehicle or bike
- adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations
- provide excellent customer service to enhance user experience
- troubleshoot delivery issues and report problems timely
