The Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) role at LKQ is a vital position within the distribution network, focusing on delivering aftermarket automotive, RV, and marine parts to customers reliably and safely. This full-time role offers a weekday schedule with early morning start times, allowing employees to maintain a consistent routine without weekend shifts. As a Delivery Driver, you will operate 15-foot or larger company box trucks that are well-maintained and climate-controlled, ensuring both safety and comfort on the road. Your primary responsibility will be to load, transport, and unload products, while upholding a high standard of customer service and professionalism.

The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, distributed as $500 after six months and another $500 after one year of continuous employment. Additionally, drivers are eligible for hourly wage increases based on performance reviews at 60 days, six months, and one year.
