Job Duties
- pick up food or goods from restaurants or stores
- deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- use the DoorDash app to track, accept, and manage delivery requests
- maintain communication with customers and support teams regarding delivery status
- follow all local traffic and safety laws during delivery
- handle payments and tips through the app
- ensure excellent customer service and professionalism at all times
