Delivery Driver (FedEx)

We are a privately owned company contracted with FedEx Corp out of the Wilmington, MA FedEx Terminal, specializing in package delivery services across the metropolitan Boston area. We are currently seeking Full-Time Delivery Drivers to join our team. The role is physically demanding but rewarding, requiring individuals who can handle a fast-paced urban delivery route with professionalism and care. Drivers will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages efficiently while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction. Compensation starts at $220 per day with opportunities for bonuses. Pay is distributed weekly via direct deposit. Employees work a standard five-day schedule from Monday to Friday, although some weekend work may occasionally be necessary. Benefits include one week of paid time off after three months of employment and company-provided uniforms.

Additionally, we are looking for a Delivery Driver / Mechanic based in Wilmington with duties that include delivery driving and supporting mechanical work between our Wilmington and Quincy locations. This position offers a higher daily rate of $300 and requires flexibility and dependability.

This role demands a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and attention to detail. It is essential for candidates to have at least six months of commercial step-van driving experience and be capable of handling large and heavy packages up to 150 lbs with assistance from a hand truck. The ability to climb stairs and work in various weather conditions is mandatory. Our selection process includes a background check, DOT physical, and drug test, all at no cost to the applicant. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and have a working smartphone for job-related GPS and communication tasks. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required to ensure effective communication and adherence to safety protocols.
