Job Requirements

  • Valid Class A or B CDL license with HAZMAT and Airbrake endorsements
  • Clean driving record with no more than two traffic convictions or at-fault accidents in the last three years
  • No DUI convictions in the past seven years
  • Ability to work in a drug-free environment
  • Ability to lift 75lbs regularly and move over 125lbs with equipment
  • At least one year of recent CDL driving experience or recent trucking school completion
  • Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks including frequent vehicle entry and exit
  • Maintain appropriate medical card
  • Must comply with company safety and regulatory policies

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL or B CDL with HAZMAT and Airbrake endorsements
  • One year of CDL driving experience in the last five years or a certificate of completion from trucking school within the last 12 months
  • Ability to lift 75lbs regularly and move more than 125lbs with material handling equipment
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance related to CDL driving

Job Duties

  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Load and unload the truck daily with gas cylinders and supplies
  • Nurture courteous and professional relationships with customers
  • Support deliveries in a timely manner
  • Safely secure and unsecure cylinders
  • Complete deliveries on customer property sites using a hand cart
  • Frequently move in and out of the vehicle during the delivery process
