We are currently seeking dedicated CDL Delivery Drivers to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of excellence in service delivery.

The CDL Delivery Driver position is an essential role that involves delivering products to customer accounts while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulations. Drivers must complete assigned deliveries in a timely and professional manner while ensuring safety standards are met through regular vehicle inspections before and after trips.

The position demands physical endurance as it involves using equipment like hand trucks, pallet jacks, and lift gates and the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 165 lbs. Drivers must demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, the capability to work independently on multiple tasks, and possess excellent communication skills. The company emphasizes behavior that aligns with its core values, teamwork, and active contribution to company initiatives.

Additionally, the company offers competitive compensation packages tailored to each candidate's skill set, experience, certifications, and location. Employees benefit from comprehensive healthcare options including medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with basic life coverage. A 401k plan is available for retirement savings, complemented by paid vacation time and holidays. Incentives, bonuses, and annual rewards may also be provided, recognizing performance and dedication.
