Job Requirements

Must be 18 or older
valid driver’s license under state laws with minimum two years of driving experience and no lapse in last 3 years
proof of continuous car insurance for at least 3 years
reliable vehicle for deliveries
acceptable motor vehicle record
ability to perform delivery and workstation duties
ability to work flexible hours
able to provide positive customer interactions

Job Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with no lapse or cancellation in the past 3 years
proof of car insurance with no lapse or cancellation in the past 3 years
at least two years of driving experience
acceptable motor vehicle record (not necessarily perfect)
excellent customer service skills
ability to work as part of a team and accept assigned duties
basic cash handling skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
effective communication and interpersonal skills
punctuality and reliability

Job Duties

Perform duties including pre-delivery vehicle preparation, learning the delivery area, checking orders for quality and accuracy, following proper delivery procedures
providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
acting with a sense of urgency in all tasks
perform other assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, and taking orders
work as part of a team by being punctual, supporting other workstations during shifts, and completing closing duties including cleaning
enhance company image by complying with uniform and appearance standards
contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions, execute cash management duties, use the FOCUS system
support sales by suggestively selling and distributing door hangers
maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
comply with safety and security standards at all times
