The position involves maintaining constant communication with the in-store Dispatcher to receive directions and delivery drop-off instructions. Drivers are also responsible for fulfilling incoming online orders by preparing them for delivery, as well as handling general retail duties as assigned. In addition to managing deliveries, drivers may engage in basic communication with customers to address concerns, convey comments, and provide pertinent information about deliveries.

The ideal candidate for this role should be punctual, customer-oriented, and possess excellent time management skills to ensure that deliveries are made on schedule. Familiarity with GPS technology, maps, and optimized delivery routes is essential to navigate effectively within the service area. This role demands a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, and a well-maintained vehicle with up-to-date registration and insurance. Candidates must also be capable of handling cash transactions securely and accurately. Physical capability is necessary since the job can require handling objects up to 50 pounds and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
