This role as a Delivery Driver at Tacodeli is more than just transportation. It represents a critical connection between the kitchen and Tacodeli’s wholesale partners. Your primary responsibility will be to safely deliver tacos to wholesale partners, ensuring every order is accurate, timely, and meets Tacodeli’s high standards for quality. The role also offers additional pay for each business-to-business (B2B) delivery and catering delivery, rewarding the dedication brought to each trip.

Aside from delivery duties, you will act as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships with wholesale partners and representing Tacodeli’s values and passion for excellent food. Your ability to engage and communicate positively with partners will greatly enhance the company’s reputation and foster continued loyalty. When not on the road, you will assist in various restaurant tasks such as guest service, packing orders, cleaning, and other activities necessary for smooth daily operations.

Given this dynamic setup, the role demands someone with a hospitality-first mindset who genuinely enjoys engaging with people and delivering memorable experiences. You must have a reliable, clean vehicle, a valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report, and insurance coverage that meets delivery requirements. Physical fitness is essential as the role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and maintaining an active presence throughout shifts.
