This position is for a Parcel Delivery Driver with Step Van experience, a critical role within the company responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of Amazon packages. The role offers competitive hourly pay of $23.50 per hour for the first eight hours, along with daily overtime pay. Additional compensation includes a weekly performance bonus ranging from $50 to $160, which rewards safety, delivery accuracy, and package counts. Work shifts are flexible, ranging from 8 to 10 hours per day, with an expectation of 2 to 5 days per week, including at least one weekend day. The location for this position is based at 515 East Dyer Road in Santa Ana, CA.

As part of the Zipity team, drivers will play an important part in supporting Amazon’s commitment to fast and reliable delivery services. Drivers will use handheld devices to manage delivery routes and package scans while operating Step Vans in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires physical stamina to handle package loading and unloading, including lifting packages up to 50 pounds and walking 6 to 7 miles daily in fast-paced environments. Drivers are expected to adhere to safety protocols and delivery metrics, such as seatbelt usage, scanning compliance, delivery photos, and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
