The role of Delivery Driver at Misfits Market is critical in maintaining the company’s promise of quality and service. Delivery drivers are the direct link between the fulfillment centers and the customers, ensuring that orders arrive on time, at the right address, and in pristine condition. This position requires professionalism, a positive attitude, and a safety-first approach to every delivery. Drivers work Monday through Thursday starting at 7:00 AM, earning a competitive hourly rate of $21.00. The role is hands-on and physically demanding, requiring the safe lifting and handling of up to 150 boxes per shift, each weighing up to 50 pounds.

Beyond delivering orders, drivers support the company’s sustainability efforts by participating in the Packaging Return Program, which involves collecting and documenting customer recycling. They must comply with all Department of Transportation and Misfits Market safety standards, including wearing seatbelts, safe vehicle operation, and proper lifting techniques.
