The role of Delivery Driver at Misfits Market is integral to the success of the company’s operations and customer experience. As a delivery driver, you will be the face of the company to customers, serving as the liaison between the fulfillment centers and the customers’ doorsteps. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that grocery deliveries are made on time, to the correct address, and in excellent condition, reflecting the exceptional service standards that Misfits Market holds. Professionalism, positivity, and a safety-first mindset are essential traits for success in this role. Delivery drivers are expected to adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) and company safety standards, including proper vehicle operation, use of hands-free devices, and safe loading and unloading practices.

Additional responsibilities include verifying all deliveries through the routing app, safely navigating various weather conditions, properly lifting and handling up to 150 boxes per shift (each weighing up to 50 pounds), and supporting recycling initiatives through the Packaging Return Program. Delivery drivers may also assist with overall delivery volumes by supporting other drivers and working overtime or weekends as needed. This opportunity offers a competitive hourly wage of $21.00, a consistent Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday schedule starting at 7:00 am, and a robust benefits package including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance, paid vacation, holidays, sick days, commuter benefits, and an annual grocery box credit worth $1,200 paid weekly.
