As a Delivery Driver, you will be directly responsible for navigating delivery routes, managing customer orders, and upholding company safety standards, including Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. The role requires handling a significant volume of packages, typically up to 150 boxes per shift, each weighing up to 50 pounds, and operating delivery vans under various weather conditions. Drivers also contribute to the Packaging Return Program by collecting and documenting customer recycling, supporting Misfits Market's commitment to sustainability beyond just delivering groceries.

The company offers competitive pay at $21.50 per hour, along with a Monday to Thursday schedule starting at 6:00 AM.
