Job Duties

Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation
learn the delivery area
check orders for quality and accuracy
follow proper delivery procedures
provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
act with a sense of urgency in all tasks
perform other assigned workstation duties including making quality products and preparing ingredients
work as part of a team by being punctual and supporting other workstations
complete all closing duties including cleaning
comply with uniform and appearance standards
process order paperwork and payment transactions accurately
execute cash management duties
use the FOCUS System
support sales efforts by suggestively selling and distributing door hangers
maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
comply with safety and security standards at all times
