As a Jimmy John's team member for delivery services, your primary responsibility will be to safely and efficiently deliver sandwiches while ensuring each order reaches the correct customer promptly. The job requires maintaining customer and product service standards, fostering teamwork, and contributing to an outstanding customer and store experience. You will be expected to greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact to promote a positive, welcoming atmosphere.

The role also involves operational duties such as cleaning the store, small wares, merchandise, and equipment during non-delivery times, operating food preparation machinery if over 18 years old, handling cash transactions with strict adherence to cash handling policies, and complying with all health, safety, and security guidelines. The job demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift weights between 15 to 40 lbs regularly, stand, bend, reach, and navigate cold environments such as walk-in refrigerators and freezers.

This is a part-time to potential full-time role with hourly pay ranging from $13.00 to $16.00.
