At Da Vien Coffee, we are currently seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and hardworking individuals to join our dynamic team as Delivery Drivers. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the smooth operation of our distribution and delivery processes, directly impacting the efficiency and reliability that our customers and partners expect from us. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods within Southern California, covering areas such as Orange County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County. This full-time position offers a work schedule that includes varied shifts—from early morning to evening options—providing flexibility for different lifestyles and availability.

As a Delivery Driver at Da Vien Coffee, you will be entrusted with the operation and maintenance of company vehicles, ensuring compliance with all state and federal transportation regulations. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety are paramount, as you will be conducting thorough pre- and post-trip inspections, verifying loads against shipping orders, and securing cargo properly for transit. You will also keep clear records and documentation, maintain regular communication with dispatch, and collaborate closely with warehouse personnel and team members to guarantee that deliveries meet quality standards and deadlines.

This role requires physical stamina and agility since the job involves activities such as loading and unloading goods, organizing inventory, and occasionally working in varying environmental conditions—ranging from cold storage areas to warm outdoor temperatures. Employees must be prepared to handle materials weighing 15 to 45 pounds and be comfortable with the physical demands that come with logistics work.
