Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read and communicate using the English language
- Ability to make simple mathematical calculations
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work with minimal onsite supervision
- Operate a company box truck or company van during daylight and night hours
- Must have and maintain a clean driving record
- Ability to understand and utilize GPS road navigation
- Operate a hand-held device and printer
- Ability to merchandise food displays
- Demonstrate and provide exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrate ability to count and collect monies due from customer accounts and maintain security of such monies
- Operate a pallet jack and hand truck dolly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read and communicate in English
- Ability to make simple mathematical calculations
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work with minimal onsite supervision
- Experience operating box truck or company van
- Clean driving record
- Ability to operate GPS navigation
- Ability to operate hand-held device and printer
- Ability to merchandise food displays
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to count and secure monies collected from customers
- Ability to operate pallet jack and hand truck dolly
- Experience with basic equipment repair and maintenance is a plus
- Handheld computer experience is desirable
- Route sales experience is an advantage
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a sincere smile and listen carefully to their needs
- Maintain a pleasant and courteous demeanor
- Maintain a clean, neat Glazing Saddles issued uniform at all times
- Drive to each customer safely and efficiently
- Deliver doughnuts on time
- Pick up any doughnuts from the previous day and issue credits if appropriate
- Pick up cash payment for COD accounts at the time of delivery
- Secure cash payments and settle with Manager at end of day
- Communicate any errors or route change suggestions to Manager
- Assist in maintaining and upkeep on all delivery vehicles
- Maintain delivery vehicle organization
- Demonstrate safety consciousness at all times and report incidents
- Assist in maintaining store sanitation and cleanliness
- Report equipment failure or issues to supervisor
- Follow all Krispy Kreme Food Safety Program and HACCP standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned
