The Team Member position at Papa John's is a critical role that supports various operational functions within the restaurant to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding customer experiences. This role involves a combination of customer service, delivery, food preparation, and teamwork duties aimed at maintaining the high standards Papa John's is known for. As a Team Member, individuals will be responsible for accurately checking products against quality standards and delivering orders safely, courteously, and promptly. The job requires diligent attention to detail, following established guidelines, and a proactive approach to handling tasks with urgency and professionalism.

In addition to delivery duties, Team Members support the restaurant by performing workstation tasks such as preparing ingredients, taking orders, making quality products, and assisting colleagues to maintain an efficient, cooperative work environment. Employees are expected to represent the company positively by complying with uniform and appearance policies and contributing to an energetic, fun atmosphere. This role also includes handling cash transactions accurately using the PROFIT System, performing closing duties including cleaning, and promoting sales through suggestive selling and customer engagement.

Success in this position requires strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a customer-focused mindset, complemented by flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing priorities and tasks. Physical demands include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally more, as well as working in various environmental conditions such as outdoor settings, noisy environments, and around moving equipment. Candidates must be able to maintain safe work practices and comply with safety laws and standards.

Minimum age requirements, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and vehicle insurance are mandatory for those fulfilling delivery responsibilities. This role may require working long, scheduled or unscheduled hours, including nights, weekends, and emergencies, as well as cross-training to cover multiple workstation duties. While high school diploma or GED is preferred, the company values dedication, reliability, and a positive attitude above all. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
