Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
- proof of vehicle insurance and satisfactory vehicle condition
- ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergencies
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and over 51 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to work in varied environmental conditions
- availability for cross-training
- compliance with uniform and company standards
- able to use hands repetitively and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching
- willingness to perform duties satisfactorily and in a timely manner

- High school diploma or GED preferred

- proficiency using POS and cash handling systems

Job Duties
- Check all products for accuracy against quality standards
- deliver products safely, courteously, and timely
- support the restaurant with other workstation duties
- perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation
- learn the delivery area
- provide quality customer service in person and by phone
- act with urgency and professionalism
- make quality products
- prepare ingredients
- take orders
- support team members by being punctual and assisting other workstations
- complete all closing and cleaning duties
- comply with uniform and appearance standards
- use cash management skills and the PROFIT System
- suggestively sell to increase check averages
- distribute promotional materials
- maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- comply with safety and security standards
- cross-train and perform various workstation tasks as needed
