This job opportunity focuses on a dynamic and integral role within the Papa John’s team — the Delivery Driver and Team Member position. The role involves much more than just delivering pizzas to customers; it requires a multitasking team player who can ensure product quality, accuracy, and timely delivery while providing exceptional customer service. In addition to delivery duties, the team member supports various workstations within the restaurant, learning and performing tasks such as preparing ingredients, making quality products, processing orders, cash handling, and assisting with closing duties. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, have proof of insurance, and a satisfactory vehicle to carry out deliveries safely and professionally. This is a non-exempt, hourly position that offers flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and the possibility of unscheduled shifts or emergency responses. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
- proof of insurance and access to a satisfactory vehicle
- ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergency shifts
- must be cross-trained and willing to perform other workstation duties
- able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally lift over 51 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- willing to work in various environmental conditions
- able to comply with company uniform and appearance standards
- able to accurately process cash and payments

Job Duties
- Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation
- learn the delivery area
- check orders for quality and accuracy
- follow proper delivery procedures
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers
- perform other assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, and taking orders
- work as part of a team and assist each other by being on time for shifts
- support other workstations during shifts
- complete all closing duties including cleaning
- accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions
- execute cash management duties and use the PROFIT system
- support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase check average
- distribute door hangers during every shift
- maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- comply with safety and security standards at all times
