Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- Access to insured vehicle for delivery
- Prior experience in customer service preferred
- Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to process cash payments accurately
- Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, carry items, push and pull
- Willingness to work varying shifts and exposure to weather conditions
- Commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Provide best in class customer service
- Greet customers on all deliveries with a positive attitude
- Deliver products to the specific location requested by the customer
- Ensure all orders are accurate, verify customer information and complete customer callbacks before leaving the store
- Respond promptly to any customer concerns or inquiries and correct any service issues
- Maintain image and cleanliness of the store
- Maintain personal hygiene and company image standards
- Clean and sanitize the store and all delivery equipment
- Operate store technology including POS system and delivery apps
- Keep food safe on deliveries by maintaining food safety standards
- Maintain a clean vehicle and hot bags
- Drive safely and defensively at all times
- Handle cash payments securely and drop all cash and receipts after each delivery
- Assist customers with carryout and carside orders
- Take occasional phone orders
- Restock store items and deliver marketing materials
- Support team operations as needed
