The job primarily involves managing the flow of orders using Domino's proprietary technologies such as the Digital Shoulder Surf (DSS) system and the Domino's Car Side Delivery app, emphasizing the importance of technological proficiency. The CSR will engage directly with customers and coworkers, requiring excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to operate calculators and computer systems for order entry and making correct monetary change. Physical demands include handling heavy bulk product deliveries using hand trucks, lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds, and frequent reaching, bending, and standing for prolonged periods.

Work conditions vary within the store and outdoor tasks, including exposure to varying temperatures from 36 degrees in coolers to over 90 degrees in work areas, occasional adverse weather when handling trash or deliveries, and contact with food odors and cornmeal dust. The role demands dexterity, coordination, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Team members must be capable of navigating stairs, managing repetitive tasks, and maintaining high-quality control standards under pressure.

Job Requirements
