Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food industry preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Basic math competence
- Good motor coordination and dexterity
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to use computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Capable of operating store equipment and handling food safely
- Experience with customer service preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to follow company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- Prepare all products
- Use all proprietary technology
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Responsible for continued on the job training for any and all new products
- Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
