We are currently looking to hire motivated Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. This position offers part-time and full-time employment opportunities with competitive compensation. Domino’s delivery drivers typically earn an hourly rate ranging from $15.00 to $25.00 when combining the base hourly pay, delivery reimbursements, and tips, which places our drivers among the best paid in the industry. The starting pay includes $7.25 per hour, plus $3.00 paid per delivery to cover delivery reimbursements, and cash or credit card tips. Drivers are supported by a user-friendly and innovative Domino’s Delivery Experience app, eliminating the need to use personal information. This app provides optimized route guidance and manages all customer communication, streamlining the delivery process and reducing driver stress.
The Delivery Driver role encompasses several important responsibilities including the preparation of necessary items for daily business operations such as food and non-food stocking, handling incoming customer phone calls, accurately entering orders into our PULSE ordering system, tagging and labeling received orders, and maintaining routine store cleanliness. Beyond the duties, drivers are also valued team members contributing to the overall safety and customer experience, with the company offering an extensive continuous training system accessible remotely from mobile devices.

Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license for 2 years
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience
- Valid insurance with your name on the policy
- No at-fault accidents in the last two years with minor traffic violations acceptable
- Ability to work part-time or full-time
