Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to handle cash responsibly
- Clean background check
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license for driver positions
- Completion of Safe Delivery CBT for drivers

Job Duties
- Answering the phone or assisting carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner
- Being in perfect image according to standard
- Knowing and demonstrating customer WOW steps 1) Apologize 2) Give them what they want 3) give them something extra
- Counting pepperoni and ham on every order every day no matter the topping amount when ordered
- Ensuring no pizzas are cleared before they are ready to place in the oven
- Drivers must have one dollar in coin change on every delivery
- Drivers must say "Let me get your change" on every order with no exception
- Ensuring no one carries more than twenty dollars while on the clock including personal money
- Prohibiting pocket knives or any weapons while working
- Keeping driver vehicles neat and clean and maintaining positive image while working
- Prohibiting early routing or early check-ins from delivery
- Washing hands prior to making products
- Adhering to only proper procedure for products
- Completing Safe Delivery CBT
- Repeating every order for accuracy and confirming name and address
