Job Requirements
- Own a cargo van or box truck
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Complete RoadieXD qualification process
- Possess a smartphone compatible with the Roadie app
- Ability to load, transport, and unload items safely
- Availability to work variable hours including weekends
- Pass background and driving record checks
Job Qualifications

- Own or have permanent access to a cargo van or box truck
- Ability to manage time and schedules independently
- Proficiency with mobile apps and GPS navigation
- Strong communication skills
- Previous delivery or driving experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Sign up and complete RoadieXD qualification process
- Accept and deliver scheduled RoadieXD routed gigs
- Manage delivery routes efficiently within 4 to 7 hour time frames
- Utilize the Roadie app to view detailed gig information and instant payout options
- Maintain communication and compliance with Roadie policies
- Optimize earning strategies by selecting gigs that maximize profit and efficiency
- Ensure safe handling and transportation of goods
