Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age to deliver in your city
- Have a valid driver’s license in your name if delivering by car or scooter
- Provide social security number if delivering in the US
- Consent to a background check
- Own an iPhone or Android smartphone
- Have a 2-door or 4-door car if delivering by car
- Have a motorized scooter under 50cc if delivering by scooter
- Have a government-issued ID if delivering by bike
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (if using a car or scooter)
- Government-issued ID (if using a bike)
- Basic smartphone proficiency
- Ability to navigate local streets and use GPS
- Good communication skills
- Responsible and reliable work ethic
- Previous delivery or transportation experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Pick up food, packages, and goods from restaurants, stores, or other locations
- Deliver items promptly and in good condition to customers
- Use the Uber app to accept delivery requests and navigate routes
- Communicate effectively with customers and support team
- Maintain safety and compliance with traffic laws and Uber policies
- Manage time efficiently to maximize earnings
- Handle payment processing and keep 100% of tips earned
