Working in this role involves utilizing a variety of kitchen equipment, including floor mixers, slicers, ovens, sharp knives, and fryers. This position may require flexibility in scheduling, including working weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts between days and nights. - high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- restaurant or retail experience preferred
- kitchen line cook, busser, server, expediter, service staff experience a plus
- ability to perform prolonged walking or standing for 8 hours or more
- ability to frequently bend, stoop, crouch, climb, reach, balance, push and pull items weighing 40 lbs or more

Job Duties
- prepare bakery offerings, jerky, fudge, bbq and other restaurant menu items to prescribed recipes
- maintain confidentiality of company culinary recipes
- follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
- guarantee safe food handling
- use various menu ordering kiosks, kitchen management systems and transaction devices
- maintain a clean workstation while quickly executing orders for customers
- provide responsive communication with store management and fellow associates
- safely and effectively use a wide variety of kitchen equipment and appliances including floor mixer, slicers, ovens, sharp knives and fryers
- professionally interact with team members and customers
- perform duties outside normal responsibilities as needed
- work weekends and holidays as needed
- work rotating schedule alternating between day and night as needed
- maintain regular and prompt attendance
- perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
