We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Baristas within our grocery stores. This role focuses on exceeding service standards by providing customers with prompt, quality coffee selection, preparation, and purchase experiences. As a Barista at Kroger, you will be an essential part of bringing our customers’ coffee moments to life through excellent service, attention to detail, and adherence to company standards. As a Barista, you will be trained to develop your skills and knowledge through initial store training and a barista certification process requiring a minimum score of 90% or better.
