Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Availability to work part-time mid-shift and closing hours
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Must comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
Commitment to maintaining food safety and sanitation
Reliable transportation to the workplace
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in deli or bakery food preparation preferred
Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Basic math skills for inventory and cash handling
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work flexible shifts including mid-shift and closing

Job Duties

Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
Engage with customers at the service counter providing friendly and attentive service
Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor ensuring proper stock levels
Clean and maintain food preparation and service areas adhering to safety standards
Follow strict food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
Assist in inventory management and product rotation
Support closing and mid-shift operations efficiently
