Job Requirements
- minimum age as required by law
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- availability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- compliance with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- willingness to comply with all food safety and hygiene standards
- legal authorization to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in deli or bakery services is advantageous
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- ability to work flexible shifts including mid-shift and closing
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter providing excellent service
- receive and stock incoming merchandise to the sales floor
- clean work areas and equipment maintaining food safety standards
- adhere to company policies and food safety regulations
- contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related duties as needed
- promote products and assist in inventory management
