Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in deli or bakery departments is advantageous
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation protocols
- basic math and inventory skills
- ability to work flexible hours including mid-shift and closing shifts
- physical ability to lift and move merchandise as needed
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter to provide assistance and information
- move incoming merchandise from backstock to salesfloor
- clean and maintain deli and bakery areas following food safety standards
- adhere to health and safety regulations
- stock shelves and organize displays
- assist with inventory management and product rotation
