Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- Compliance with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible schedule availability
- Ability to adhere to food safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow food safety standards and procedures
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Team player with a positive attitude and reliability
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- Engage with customers at the service counter providing friendly and efficient service
- Move incoming merchandise from the backroom to the salesfloor ensuring freshness and proper display
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of department and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or quality issues
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in other retail duties as assigned
