Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
Must comply with company drug-free workplace policy
Availability to work mid-shift and closing hours
Must pass background check and any required assessments
Ability to work part-time hours as scheduled

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food preparation or customer service preferred
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is beneficial
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Basic math and inventory management skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Willingness to work flexible hours including mid-shift and closing shifts

Job Duties

Prepare quality deli and bakery products according to company standards
Engage with customers at the service counter providing friendly and efficient service
Move incoming merchandise from storage to the sales floor ensuring proper stock levels
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, work areas, and food preparation surfaces
Adhere strictly to food safety policies and regulatory requirements
Assist in inventory management and merchandise rotation to minimize waste
Support team efforts to meet department goals and customer satisfaction targets
