This role is for a part-time Food Service Worker in Wegmans' Deli department located at 1413 South Main Chapel Way, Gambrills, MD 21054. The job requires a flexible schedule including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, with shifts sometimes ending as late as 9 pm and availability on weekends is essential. The position is open to candidates aged 18 and older and offers a pay range of $16.50 to $17 per hour.

In the Food Service Worker role, you will be an integral part of the deli team, contributing to the daily operations that ensure customers receive fresh, delicious deli meats, cheeses, and ready-to-eat meal solutions. The position involves preparing customer orders by slicing, packaging, and labeling deli products accurately and efficiently. Attention to detail in maintaining the freshness and appearance of the deli cases and self-service sections is key to enhancing the customer experience.

You will also engage directly with customers by providing excellent service, answering questions promptly, and helping customers find the products they need.
