Basic knowledge of food safety standards
experience in the food service industry
ability to supervise a team

Job Qualifications

Experience in a similar position with a restaurant or foodservice background
incredible customer service skills
ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
ability to work as part of a team interacting with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Supervise team members in the hot deli area
provide excellent guest service
assist the Deli Manager in ensuring food freshness
maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area
keep deli area well stocked
uphold food safety standards
coordinate with team to sustain a customer-focused culture
