Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service or restaurant roles
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to supervise and lead a team
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organize work areas
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position especially within a restaurant or foodservice setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to foster a customer-focused culture
- Knowledge of food safety standards and equipment maintenance
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate staff
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise team members in the hot deli area
- Assist the Deli Manager in maintaining food freshness and quality
- Ensure the deli area is clean and well stocked
- Provide excellent guest service
- Maintain equipment according to food safety standards
- Train and develop deli team members
- Manage inventory and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
