The Deli Shift Leader role at Pilot Company is a critical position within the organization's food service operations, focused on supervising team members in the hot deli area. This position requires the individual to not only lead and coordinate deli team activities but also to deliver exceptional guest service. The Deli Shift Leader supports the Deli Manager by ensuring that all deli items are fresh, properly prepared, and served in a clean and well-maintained environment. This responsibilities include managing inventory levels, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards strictly, and assisting in training and development of deli team members. Job Requirements

  • Experience in food service or restaurant roles
  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Supervise team members in the hot deli area
  • Assist the Deli Manager in maintaining food freshness and quality
