Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food service or restaurant roles
  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organize work areas

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar position especially within a restaurant or foodservice setting
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to foster a customer-focused culture
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and equipment maintenance
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate staff
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise team members in the hot deli area
  • Assist the Deli Manager in maintaining food freshness and quality
  • Ensure the deli area is clean and well stocked
  • Provide excellent guest service
  • Maintain equipment according to food safety standards
  • Train and develop deli team members
  • Manage inventory and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
