Job Requirements
- Experience in foodservice or restaurant environment
- basic knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to supervise team members
- strong customer service skills
- flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- good communication skills
- ability to maintain clean and organized work areas
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position especially in a restaurant or foodservice background
- incredible customer service skills and the ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
- ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
- ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise team members in the hot deli area
- assist the Deli Manager with food freshness and quality
- ensure the deli area is clean and well stocked
- provide excellent guest service
- maintain equipment according to food safety standards
- collaborate with team members across levels
- support flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
