The role of Deli Shift Leader is a vital position within Pilot Company’s retail food service operation. Deli Shift Leaders oversee team members working in the hot deli area, ensuring that food quality standards are met, the environment remains clean and well-stocked, and exceptional guest service is consistently delivered. This position works closely with the Deli Manager to maintain high standards around food safety and customer satisfaction.
