Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to interact tactfully with guests and personnel
  • good communication skills
  • knowledge of safety requirements and company policies
  • trained in operating kitchen equipment such as slicers, fryers, and hot bars
  • ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
  • flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to learn and take direction
  • punctuality and reliability in attendance

Job Qualifications

  • experience in fast food, deli, or restaurant environments preferred
  • complete understanding of safety requirements and company policies
  • trained in equipment operation including slicers, fryers, and hot bar procedures
  • knowledge of perishable food handling
  • ability to multitask and work at a fast pace
  • familiarity with various kitchen equipment
  • ability to work effectively under pressure

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional guest service
  • offer assistance to guests by answering questions and making deli recommendations
  • ensure service excellence by meeting guest needs with a helpful attitude
  • receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders and special requests efficiently
  • maintain high-quality conditions at the hot bar including attractive garnishing and adherence to item shrinking protocols
  • collect food temperatures and maintain hot food logs to ensure safety and quality control
  • organize, stock, clean, and label the hot bar area efficiently
  • address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism
  • maintain regular, timely attendance and provide adequate notice for absences
  • perform other duties as assigned to support team goals
