Job Requirements
- Ability to work at a fast pace in changing temperatures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for long periods
- Willingness to work part-time or full-time hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and strong guest service orientation
Job Qualifications
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Experience in fast food, deli, or restaurant environments preferred
- Knowledge of food safety requirements and company policies
- Ability to handle kitchen equipment such as fryers and slicers
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service
- Offer assistance to guests with queries and recommendations
- Fulfill guest orders and special requests in a timely manner
- Maintain and organize the hot bar display ensuring quality and attractiveness
- Monitor and record food temperatures and maintain safety standards
- Address and resolve guest concerns effectively
- Support team operations and adhere to attendance commitments
