Job Requirements

Ability to work at a fast pace in changing temperatures including coolers, kitchens, freezers, and sales floor
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for long periods
Availability to work part-time or full-time hours including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Willingness to comply with all safety and food handling policies
Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

Ability to interact tactfully with guests and personnel with good oral and written communication skills
Experience in fast food, deli, or restaurant environments is valuable
Complete understanding of safety requirements and company policies
Proper training in equipment such as slicers, fryers, and hot bar operations
Knowledge of perishable food handling and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and handling high-pressure situations
Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

Provide exceptional guest service
Offer assistance by helping guests find items and providing deli recommendations
Fulfill guest orders and special requests efficiently
Maintain attractive and high-quality hot bar displays
Collect and document food temperatures for safety and quality control
Organize, stock, clean, and label the hot bar area efficiently
Address and resolve guest concerns ensuring positive outcomes
Honor work schedule commitments including regular attendance
Support team with additional duties as assigned
